Early Registration Rates

  • Register by August 31, 2012 for a rate of $995 per session
  • Register by November 30, 2012 for a rate of $1020 per session
  • Register by January 31, 2013 for a rate of $1045 per session
  • Register by February 28, 2013 for a rate of $1070 per session
  • Register after February 28, 2013 for a rate of $1095 per session

Special Mini Week: June 9 - June 13, 2013

(Please Note: This session is $750. No further discounts for Mini Week. Limited Spaces.)

Registration

Registration before April 1st
A $250 deposit per session must accompany the registration via major credit card through International Gymnastics Camp website.  All remaining final balances will automatically be charged onto the credit card in your parent account on April 1st.

Registration after April 1st
The FULL tuition per session must accompany the registration via major credit card through International Gymnastics website.


If you are unaware of which session you would like to attend, please select "Choose Week Later" option which is available through January 1, 2013. Session(s) choice can be made up until January 31, 2013 (while spaces are available). When you are ready to select your week, log back into your MY IGC Login and select the Switch Week request form.

****Please remember all balances will be charged via credit card on April 1, 2013.

Refund Policy

Before April 1st:

  • Money paid less $50 per session will be refunded to you.

You must fill out the “Cancellation Form” found under the “Forms and Documents” tab in your CampMinder Parent Account or your refund request will not be processed.

After April 1st: This applies for registrations made after April 1, 2013

  • This applies also to registrations made after April 1st.
  • ALL deposits are non-refundable.
  • Money paid less $250 deposit per session will be returned.
  • There will be no refund for any camper who withdraws within 30 days prior to the start of their session.

 You must fill out the “Cancellation Form” found under the “Forms and Documents” tab in your CampMinder Parent Account or your refund request will not be processed.

  • No refund will be made for a camper who withdraws at any time after arriving at camp. There is no reduction or refund of fees for late arrival or early departure. If a camper is a “No Show” for a registered session, no refund will be issued. IGC reserves the right to dismiss, without refund, at its sole discretion any camper whose conduct is detrimental to themselves, to other campers, or to the camp. IGC reserves the right to refuse the registration of any camper.

CAMPERS REQUESTING REFUND DUE TO INJURY
Cancellations due to an injury AFTER April 1st but prior to arrival at camp are subject to the following refund policy;

  • Money paid less $50 per session will be refunded to you.
  • You must attach a signed doctor’s note and appropriate medical files proving your camper is ineligible for physical activity during their registered session of camp.

Note: If you submit a cancellation form without attached paperwork, your cancellation request will not be processed.
