Family is very important to the Klaus family, and every person who enters through the IGC gates is treated as a member of the family.
Whether you are a camper, parent, relative or staff you will feel the warm environment for which IGC is known. IGC was founded 39 years ago by administrators Bruno & Cheryl Klaus.
Bruno’s involvement in gymnastics spans over six decades as an All-American gymnast, judge, coach, and camp director. Professor Emeritus, Bruno Klaus, also holds a Master’s degree in Health and Physical Education and was a professor at East Stroudsburg University for over 30 years.

Camp Director Brent Klaus begins the second generation at IGC and is a graduate of the Gene Ezersky Camp Safety College. He has been a member of the US National Team, competed for Ohio State, and represented the US in the 1995 World University Games in Japan. Brent is the only person to ever score a perfect 10.0 on vault at USA Championships. He is the founder of the Professional Coaching Diploma Program at IGC which provides the most extensive training with the highest standards anywhere in the world.
