Gym III, the largest gym at IGC, has been the site of countless local, national, and international competitions.

Olympians, World Champions, and National Team Members join IGC campers for summer training in the world’s best men’s training facility with its famous Blue Pit. As Bruno Klaus pioneered the 6” x 6” foam pit block, this gym was designed to allow pit training from every piece of apparatus except pommel horse.

Gym III has a primary focus on men’s equipment which includes five sets of rings, four pommel horses with another dozen mushrooms and trainers, five sets of parallel bars including one located in the pit, two competition high bars and another two fully adjustable with strap bar capability. Gym III also offers an extra-wide, in ground Tumble Trak, an 85-foot in ground rod floor, (both leading into the pit), in-ground trampoline, vaulting stations, and Universal and free weights.

The rock n’ roll inspired sound system and show lights augment the end of each week with the IGC Friday Night Staff Exhibition including world-renowned Olympians and celebrities.
