Early Registration Rates

  • Register by September 6, 2011 for a rate of $945 per session
  • Register by November 15, 2011 for a rate of $970 per session
  • Register by January 31, 2012 for a rate of $995 per session
  • Register by February 28, 2012 for a rate of $1020 per session
  • Register after February 28, 2012 for a rate of $1045 per session

Special Early Bird Week: June 10 - June 15, 2012

Registration for Special Early Bird week $750.
(Please note: No further discounts for Early Bird week. Limited spaces.)

Deposit of $250 per session per camper must accompany the registration via major credit card through the International Gymnastics Camp website. If you are unaware of which session you would like to attend, please select "Choose Week Later" option which is available through January 1, 2012. Session(s) choice can be made up until January 31, 2012 (while spaces are available). When you are ready to select your week, log back into your MY IGC Login and select the Switch Week request form.

All forms are due within TWO WEEKS of registration with the exception of the Physician's Examination Form which is due April 1, 2012 along with final payment. ALL forms including the Physical Exam are due within two weeks for registrations received after April 1.

Final balances are due April 1, 2012 and need to be paid by personal check, money order or certified check and mailed to the IGC Office: 100 GYMNASTICS WAY, STROUDSBURG, PA 18360. Final balances for registrations received after April 1 are due within TWO WEEKS by personal check, money order or certified check.

**Please remember, personal checks will NOT be accepted within 30 days of your enrolled session.**

Refund Policy

If you withdraw prior to April 1, your deposit less $150 processing charge per session will be returned to you with your written and signed notification of cancellation. On or after April 1, all deposits are non-refundable. This also applies to registrations received on or after April 1. After April 1, with written and signed notice, camp fee, less $250 deposit per session will be returned.

No Refund Policy

There will be no refund for any camper who withdraws within 30 days prior to their session or any time after the camper has arrived at camp. (Please note: There is an extra charge for late arrival or early departure.) In the event, your camper should become sick, and it’s in the camper's and/or the camp's best interest for the camper to return home, there will be no refund. Likewise, cancellations due to injuries sustained before or during camp are subject to the refund policy outlined here. IGC recommends that Tuition Insurance is purchased on behalf of the camper. www.travmark.com. No refund will be made for a camper who withdraws at any time after arriving at camp. There is no reduction or refund of fees for late arrival or early departure. If a camper is a “No Show” for a registered session, no refund will be issued. IGC reserves the right to dismiss or refuse, without refund, at its sole discretion any camper whose conduct is detrimental to themselves, to other campers, or to the camp.
