Early Registration Rates
There is a $250.00 deposit per session due with registration. Deposits can be made without choosing a session(s). Session(s) choice can be made up until January 31, 2011 (while spaces are available). All forms are due within TWO WEEKS of registration except the Physician’s Examination Form which is due April 1, 2011 along with final payment. Deposits can be paid by credit card online, and the balance must be paid by check or money order through the mail. Refund Policy
No refund will be made for a camper who withdraws at any time after arriving at camp. There is no reduction or refund of fees for late arrival or early departure. If a camper is a “No Show” for a registered session, no refund will be issued. IGC reserves the right to dismiss or refuse, without refund, at its sole discretion any camper whose conduct is detrimental to themselves, to other campers, or to the camp.

If you withdraw prior to April 1, deposit less $150 processing charge with written notification of cancellation. On or after April 1, all deposits are non-refundable. This also applies to registrations received after April 1. After April 1, with written notice, camp fee, less $250 deposit per session will be returned. There will be no refund for any camper who withdraws within 30 days prior to their session or any time after the camper has arrived at camp. (Please note: There is an extra charge for late arrival or early departure.) In the event, your camper should become sick, and it’s in the camper's and/or the camp's best interest for the camper to return home, there will be no refund. Likewise, cancellations due to injuries sustained before or during camp are subject to the refund policy outlined here and above. IGC recommends that Tuition Insurance is purchased on behalf of the camper.
