Our knowledgeable parents and guardians often want the facts about International Gymnastics Camp at their fingertips, so here they are!
You may sign up for camp at any time prior to the session you wish to attend, as long as there is availability. Many of our weeks fill by the end of March, so early enrollment is always advised.
How do I get added to your mailing list?
If you would like to be added to our mailing list and automatically receive our camp DVD, please complete our online inquiry form.
How do I register my camper?
This year IGC is increasing the functionality of our website. You will login through the camp website using your individual email address and password. With these new features, you will be able to login to your parent account, fill out the camper application and necessary forms, select your camperâs sessions and fill out household information.
If this is my first time registering at IGC, what is the process?
On the left hand side of the current page, click on the "My IGC Login". On the right hand side of the page click on "New Users" and follow the directions. You must complete this Camper Application in one sitting. After you have successfully submitted the Camper Application you will receive confirmation once your application has been processed.
If my camper has been to IGC before, what is the registration process?
As an IGC family, you will need to setup a new family account through the Camper Application process. Follow the directions below:
- Click here to link to the My IGC Login.
- You will need to obtain your password as they are computer generated from the system. To do this, Click on âRetrieve Passwordâ.
- In the pop up window, please use the email address you have used in the past to login. If the system cannot find an account on file for the email address you provided, please try another possible email address that the camp may have listed for you. If you have any questions, please contact (570) 629-0244.
- Your random generated password will be e-mailed to you within 5 minutes.
- When you receive your password, please begin the registration by clicking here.
What if I forget my password?
Login using your e-mail address and password. If you do not know your password, click the âRetrieve Passwordâ link to have the randomly generated password e-mailed to you. You may change your password by clicking on Login Details under the âMy Accountâ menu after you login.
What if the week my child wants to attend is full?
Once availability is full for a specific week, your camper can be added to a waitlist. If a cancellation is received, we will call the next camper on our list. Please call our office at (570) 629-0244 to be added to our waitlist. No deposit is necessary to be placed on the waitlist.
What is the cost of camp?
August 31, 2011 - $945 per session
November 15, 2011 - $970 per session
January 31, 2012 - $995 per session
February 28, 2012 - $1020 per session
After February 28, 2012 - $1045 per session
We also offer special rates and programs for coaches who wish to attend camp with their gymnasts.
What time should we arrive to check-in for camp?
Check-in is on Sunday from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM.
Please do not arrive earlier than 12:30 PM, as we will be unable to accommodate you. A 12:30 PM timely arrival ensures your camper will be settled into their cabin before their 2:00 PM cabin meeting and screening for classes. If you are going to be late, please notify our office by phone (570) 629-0244 or email email@example.com.
To qualify for Express Check-In, ALL balances must be paid in full, ALL 2012 Forms and Documents must be on file with the office, and spending money must already be in the camper's canteen account. Canteen money can be added to your camper's account online via My IGC Login. If you have done this you will be given your campers cabin number at registration and you can go right to the cabin.
What time should we arrive for check-out of camp?
Check-Out takes place on Saturday between 8:30 am and 10:00 am. Please do not arrive earlier than 8:30 am as all campers will still be eating breakfast, and you will be unable to enter onto the camp grounds. If you are going to be late please call the office on 570-629-0244 and please be aware that you may incur additional charges (as per the additional day charge).
Check Out Procedure:
- Sign your camper out with their counselor at their cabin and obtain an exit pass. Remember to bring photo identification.
- Stop by the Health Center to pick up your camper's medication.
- Visit the canteen to:
- View camp photos and purchase the ones you like.

What do I need to know if my child will be traveling to camp by air or bus?
For safety reasons, International Gymnastics Camp has specific guidelines for camper arrival and departure from camp. Unaccompanied minors traveling by air, airport pick up, arrival and departure times, all require special considerations. We work closely with National Travel Systems-Sport Travel Group to assist our campers with their travel needs (flight ,bus, other). If you have already booked travel, or intend to book it yourself, please e-mail all itineraries to so we can be best prepared for your campers arrival. You must also call IGC to verify our receipt of your itinerary (570-629-0244).
