Camper Arrival and Departure

For safety reasons, International Gymnastics Camp has specific guidelines for camper arrival and departure from camp. Unaccompanied minors traveling by air, airport pick up, arrival and departure times, all require special considerations.

Camp Check-In/Out

Camp Check-In

Check-in takes place between 12:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. on Sunday. Please do not arrive earlier than 12:30 p.m. as we will be unable to accommodate you. A timely arrival ensures plenty of time to meet your camper's counselors, visit the health center, view the gyms, and meet our great staff! Campers also need time to settle into their cabin before the cabin meeting and screening for classes. If you are going to be late, please notify the office.

Camp Check-Out

Check-out takes place on Saturday between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. We will be unable to allow you onto the camp grounds prior to 8:30 a.m.

Airline Travel

Campers arriving on commercial flights must fly into the Lehigh Valley International Airport (ABE) in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

Please be aware of IGC's Airport Pick-Up / Drop Off schedule. Also note that it is your responsibility to secure any necessary round trip authorization for an "unaccompanied minor", and make advanced payment to the airline for this round trip fee.

Please e-mail all itineraries to office@internationalgymnastics.com. so we can be best prepared for your camper's arrival. You MUST also call IGC to verify our receipt of your itinerary (570-629-0244). If you are having difficulty finding connecting flights and landing times within these parameters, please contact the office before booking your flights.

Lehigh Valley Airport Round Trip Pick-Up Fee Schedule

Price is based on the date the Administration Office receives your campers' itinerary.

• Up to 2 weeks in advance: $50
• 7-13 days in advance: $100
• 2-6 days in advance: $150
• Within 48 hours: $200

Private planes can be met at Mt. Pocono Airport for a $30 roundtrip charge.

To ensure that we are able to meet your camper's flight we must schedule our drivers and vehicles in advance The fees for late itinerary notices are to cover the expense of last minute bookings. Please book your camper's travel quickly, and send their itinerary to the camp office at office@internationalgymnastics.com to avoid these late fees.

An IGC staff member will be waiting at the gate upon your camper’s arrival to accompany them to baggage claim and to the IGC transportation. For the return flight, IGC staff will check-in your child, accompany them to the gate, supervise boarding, and wait until the plane is in the air.

Bus Travel

The Martz Trailways and Greyhound buses stop in Stroudsburg/Delaware Water Gap. The round trip pick-up/drop-off fee is $30.

IGC MUST have your child's itinerary at least two weeks prior to your child's arrival. Campers departing camp by bus must bring the prepaid ticket and departure information to check-in.

If you have arranged travel by bus via the Stroudsburg/Delaware Water Gap stop, please contact the IGC office to reconcile itineraries and arrange IGC pick-up from the bus station.

International Travelers and Large Groups

We realize that campers traveling from abroad or internationally may require special consideration for their arrival and departure. You may contact International Gymnastics Camp directly so we can provide additional assistance in this regard.

IGC can also assist large groups (12 or more) with shuttle service from other airports. If your team is traveling as a large group, you may contact the IGC office for additional information.

Travel Check List for Airline and Bus Travel

1. Once you have secured arrangements and received your itinerary you MUST e-mail a copy to office@internationalgymnastics.com TWO weeks prior to your arrival at camp.
2. Please complete the required Travel Form in your MY IGC Account.
3. Once we have received and reviewed your itinerary you will receive a confirmation e-mail including relevant transportation charge.
4. If you have not received a confirmation e-mail from our office within seven days please call 570-629-0244.
5. Please remember WE MUST RECEIVE A COPY OF YOUR CAMPERS ITINERARY, this is relevant to both airline and bus travel.
