The Klaus Family
Brent, Kara, Bruno & Cheryl Klaus
IGC was founded 37 years ago by administrators Bruno & Cheryl Klaus. Bruno’s involvement in gymnastics
spans over six decades as an All-American gymnast, judge, coach and camp director. Bruno also holds a
Master’s Degree in Health and Physical Education and was a professor at East Stroudsburg University for
over 30 years.

Directors Bruno & Brent Klaus
Camp Director Brent Klaus begins the second generation at IGC and is a graduate of the Gene Ezersky Camp Safety College. He has been a member of the USA National Team, competed for Ohio State, and represented the US in the 1995 World University Games in Japan. Brent is the only person ever to score a perfect 10.0 on vault at USA Championships.
