Out of this World Week at IGC 2017

To infinity and beyond! Out of This World Week was nothing short of amazing! It was a week full of fun, smiles, laughs, and of course, gymnastics.

Week 10 was one of IGC’s largest weeks of this summer, which made it that much more enjoyable. Campers were so excited and full of energy all week long!

A huge highlight from Week 10 were our stellar IGC Celebrities. Campers went wild for Gabby Douglas, Svetlana Boguinskaia, and Paul Ruggeri! They had a blast getting to learn new skills from them throughout the week. Campers were also able to get to know our celebrities a bit better at our weekly Question and Answer session on Tuesday night. This is always a lot of fun for campers, as it gives them a little insight into the celebrities’ lives and their gymnastics journeys.

Another highlight of the week were the recreational activities we offer, especially the space themed scavenger hunt. During the scavenger hunt, campers went to several stations all over camp to complete fun activities. Stations included dressing counselors up as aliens, completing the solar system, and much more!

We are so happy everybody had a great time this week. It is so hard to believe that Week 10 is ending, and next week is the last week of camp!
